The Problem
The sustainability industry runs on claims. Not evidence.
Every year, brands spend billions telling you they are sustainable. Almost none of them publish the data to prove it.
"Eco-friendly" is not a regulated term. "Natural" has no legal definition. "Carbon neutral" usually means offsets, not reductions. The labels are designed to make you feel good, not to make you informed.
The result: consumers who care the most are the ones being misled the most. You spend more. You research more. You still cannot tell what is real.
That is the problem Bhumi exists to solve.
What Bhumi Is
A content platform that publishes what other brands hide.
Bhumi is building the most thorough, independently sourced evidence base on three subjects the sustainability industry would prefer to keep vague:
Crop Burning
Up to 18.9 million tonnes of crop waste potentially subject to open burning annually in Thailand. PM2.5 at 13 to 27 times the WHO safe limit. The crisis nobody in the wellness industry is talking about.
Bio-Packaging
Sugarcane pulp. Wheat straw fibre. Mycelium. The alternatives to plastic packaging exist. We test and verify which ones actually work -- and which are marketing theatre.
Sustainability Claims
We take the claims brands make and check them. Every source cited. Every number verified. Every "eco-friendly" label tested against reality.
Right now, everything we publish is free. We are a content company first. Products come later -- informed by what the evidence tells us, not what the market expects.

Why Trust Us
We have no customers yet. Here is what we have instead.
We are a new company. We have not earned your trust through years of track record. So instead of asking for trust, we are publishing everything and inviting you to verify it yourself.
Every article on this site cites its sources. Every statistic links to the original data. Every methodology is published. If we make a claim we cannot prove, we do not make it.
That is not a marketing strategy. It is the only strategy that makes sense for a company built on transparency.
Evidence, not opinions. Delivered weekly.
One email per week. Verified research on crop burning, bio-packaging, and the sustainability claims that do not survive scrutiny. Every issue cites its sources. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
